Refund policy

All products sold by The Sillykids Store are made to order. This means that your items are only created once your order is finalized. Due to the nature of this type of business, we typically do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
However, suppose your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective. In that case, we will work with you to replace or refund the item(s), given that you reach out and provide photographic evidence within 30 days after the product has been received.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
We do not refund orders for buyer's remorse, as they are printed on demand.
The Sillykids Store reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
